P90X--BRING IT!!!

This is the workout I started at the end of May and will do throughout the summer.


Here are the accessories I am using with the program:

(1) Free Weights (Hand weights)

(2) Resistance Bands instead of the ChinUp bar

(3) Yoga Mat

(4) P90X Results and Recovery Formula
